Deliveries
Please Note – While Gusclad Ltd will endeavour to meet our delivery estimates. Gusclad Ltd cannot guarantee delivery within the time frames and will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside the 5-15 working days time frame. Our Insulated Panel and insulated panel clearlight may have a longer lead in time. We would strongly recommend that you do not arrange for tradesmen to carry out work on your behalf until your order has actually been delivered. Any shortages on deliveries must be reported to our office within 24hours of delivery.
- Gusclad will need a contact telephone number and an Eircode for all deliveries.
- Any weight or height restrictions must be stated before placing your order.
- Most deliveries are made using a 7.2 to 7.8 tonne lorry, sufficient access is required for all vehicles. We need to know of any access issues or requirements for access and must be stated at time of ordering.
- Delivery does not include the driver carrying materials any distance by hand.
- Any vehicle invited on to the customer property is entirely at the risk of the customer, all delivery drivers delivering Gusclad materials are not liable for any damage to the property.
- Payment must be received in full on or before delivery.
- There is a fee for all deliveries.
- All Deliveries must be checked and any issues to be reported to the office within 24hours of delivery.
- After 3 months any order held back from delivery by customer, may be returned to stock and there may be a loss of deposit.

Storage:
Products should be covered or stored in a dry place if not used immediately. This is to prevent the ingress of water, which could damage the cladding.
